Second method: Making butter from cream and extracting ghee

Making butter from cream takes less time to extract ghee and more ghee is also made. If you are adopting this process, then first put the cream in the mixer. After putting the cream in the mixer, add some ice cubes and water to it. Now start the mixer.

By whipping the cream in the mixer, you will see that the butter separates easily from that cream. Now the process of making ghee from this butter will start.

Ghee comes out of the cream and starts floating in the water. Now keep it in the fridge for 3-4 hours, after that take out the ghee that has been frozen in the vessel by cutting it from the edge with a knife. Ghee comes out after taking this process for the second time.
